Glucosamine is a GAG (glycosaminoglycan). GAG’s are part of the structure of the matrix of cartilage, and cartilage is the covering of articular bone;which is extremely important for healthy joints.
Hyaluronic Acid is an important component of joint synovial fluid, which is the fluid that cushions and lubricates the joint. Sodium Hyaluronate is the stable and orally absorbable form of hyaluronic acid, of the molecular weight studied most (1 million Daltons).
