Glucosamine is a GAG (glycosaminoglycan). GAG’s are part of the structure of the matrix of cartilage, and cartilage is the covering of articular bone; which is extremely important for healthy joints.
Hyaluronic Acid is an important component of joint synovial fluid, which is the fluid that cushions and lubricates the joint. Sodium Hyaluronate is the stable and orally absorbable form of hyaluronic acid, of the molecular weight studied most (1 million Daltons). Hyaluronic acid is known to support and lubricate joints, help to maintain structural integrity, and support healthy levels of joint synovial fluid.
MSM is a source of highly bioavailable sulfur. Several molecules needed by joints contain sulfur bonded to the molecule, so an adequate supply supports healthy joint tissue.
Joints are avascular, meaning there is no direct supply of blood. Cells within the cartilage rely on passive diffusion for their supply of nutrients. Ginkgo biloba is known to promote healthy circulation which can support this process in joint cells.

I had an old abused mare that I rescued. She was the best horse I have ever owned. I started her on this product and with good feed and time she got so much better. After a few months I took her off this product. I wanted to see if she needed it now that she had gained 100 pounds and was much healther. In just a short time she again had a hard time walking and was very uncomfortable . I put her right back on and she walked fine and was not uncomfortable and miserable anymore. It truly was a miracle for her, she stayed on it until she died at 30. I highly recommend this product.
